Allyrex M is the brand name of Bilastine 20mg + Montelukast 10mg, manufactured by Dermaville. The two medicines work separately. The Bilastine treats the side effects of sensitivity, such as tingling, enlargement, and rashes by obstructing the effect of a substance receptor in the body. Montelukast works to prevent asthma and is free from sensitivity. Montelukast inhibits the activity of synthetic leukotrienes.
